Proud to be a WRA Member- White’s Marine Center

What is the best way for a family to recreate?

Many parents ponder this question.  How can we have fun together as a family?  Doing activities together builds relationships and in the process we have memories that last a lifetime.  “Boating keeps families from drifting apart” is our slogan here at our family business, White’s Marine Center.

My parents were boaters and enjoyed it so much that they bought the Glendo Marina back in 1970.  I was ten years old and my brother and sister and I grew up in the boating lifestyle.  I can say without hesitation, that there is no better way to be together having fun fishing, tubing, cruising up the canyon, or having a picnic on the beach.  You don’t have to be athletic or have any special abilities to enjoy boating.

All age groups from infants to grandparents enjoy getting out on the water.   There’s a calming sensation about getting out on the boat that helps us release our worries and tension.  It’s a great way to unwind and get your mind off of the busyness of everyday life.  There are different types of boats for all kinds of activities.

We have been members of the Wyoming Retail Association since 1995 because they have always had our back when it comes to protecting the climate that our business operates in.  As all retailers know, running your own business is a 24/7 endeavor and knowing that the Wyoming Retail Association acts as our eyes and ears at the state and federal level is a significant benefit for us.

Come by White’s Marine Center in Casper to visit with one of our boating pros to help you choose the boat that best suits your family.  Located at 3010 Energy Lane on the west side of Casper on the way out to Alcova and Pathfinder reservoirs.  Or, call us at 307-235-3900, or visit us online at
